n8n Automation for product Image finding/Processing

I'm looking for an n8n automation (or an alternative solution if you have a better one) that processes a CSV file with product details and performs basic image processing tasks.

The automation should:
- Read a CSV file from local computer
- Search for each product by EAN code on the supplier’s website
- Retrieve the product image
- Resize the image
- Remove the background
- Convert the image to JPG format
- Save the processed image with the product code as the filename

Configurable fields needed:
- Choose the CSV file
- Input supplier website details
- Specify save path for processed images

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in n8n or similar automation tools
- Experience with image processing
- Familiarity with handling CSV files and web scraping
