Automation file down load and up load between systems

We have a new application that outputs to google sheets. Each time an application is submitted, a new row is created in the google sheet. Each row contains an email address and seven hyperlinks. Each hyperlink, when clicked, downloads a file. We need the seven files to be downloaded and put into a file. The file also needs to be created and should be the email address from the google sheet. The final step would be to upload these files to our loan management software. The solution would search find the correct record using the email address and then go to the appropriate section of the client account and upload the newly downloaded documents. These actions will always be in the same place.

The preferred solution would be UI Path, however we are open to other solutions if there is a better fit.
