Automation of domain purchase and change on Namecheap

I am looking for a developer with experience in automation and knowledge of using the Namecheap API to create a script or program that can perform the following tasks automatically:

Domain purchase: The script should be able to purchase a new domain on Namecheap every week. A list of available domains to choose from will be provided, and the script should select one that meets certain predefined criteria.
Domain change: Once the new domain has been purchased, the script should automatically change the domain of an existing website to this new domain. The domain change should be seamless and should not cause any disruptions in the availability of the website.
