n8n Automation Specialist – Build Custom Workflows for Growing Agency
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We’re looking for a skilled automation specialist with strong n8n (self-hosted) experience to help build and maintain a growing stack of internal workflows and client-facing automations. This is a long-term opportunity to work closely with a systems-driven agency that’s working phase out Zapier and to n8n.
? You’ll Be Building Workflows Like:
• Sending data from WordPress ACF → OpenAI → back into WordPress ACF
• Connecting Zoho CRM → QuickBooks for contact/account sync
• Monitoring a Nextcloud folder for new .mp3 uploads, transcribing the file, running analysis with OpenAI, then posting to WordPress
? What We’re Looking For:
• Deep experience with n8n (self-hosted setup preferred)
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth
• Able to test, debug, and maintain clean workflows
• Can document what you build so others can use it
• Bonus if familiar with: Zoho Flow, WordPress, OpenAI, QuickBooks, Nextcloud

We prefer freelancers who:
• Work independently but communicate clearly when needed
• Offer quick iterations and validate direction before polishing
