n8n AI Automation Configuration for Web Scraping

I need an experienced professional to configure n8n AI automation for web scraping. The goal is to extract all the RFP and RFQ released from the following website: https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.om/product/publicDash?viewFlag=NewTenders.

Data Extraction: The automation should gather the title and description, as well as the date and time for the release date and closing date of each RFP and RFQ.

Frequency: The automation should check for new RFPs and RFQs daily.

Data Delivery: I would like the extracted data to be delivered via email notifications.

configure for me a bot to do Web Scraping to extract all the rfp and rfq released form the follwoing website
1- open the website https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.om/product/publicDash?viewFlag=NewTenders
2- move the mouse curser and click on EN button in the top left corner of the screen
3- click on the procurement drop down menu and select information technology services
4- click on the filed (to) and enter the following value = 6-April-2025 12:00
5- click on the filed (form) and enter the following value = 7-April-2025 12:00
6-click button search
7- configure the bot to extract each tender data shows in the table as csv format , each tender will have an icon to show tender detiles in the action cloumn
8-send the extracted date to sales email
10- the process should be repeated every day , date should change every day in step 4 and 5
