Automating 'Ship by Date' with Woocommerce

I'm looking for an experienced developer who can help me with a critical automation problem. I have a WordPress-based Woocommerce store, and I'm currently using the ShipStation shipping plugin. However, I'm facing a major issue where the order's 'Ship by date' isn't being associated with the customer's selected delivery date.
Here is the flow :
1- Customer select a product on our Woocommerce Shop
2- Customer select a date to be delivered (with zones rules and criterias)
3- Shipstation receive the order in the order list
4- The "Ship by date" provided on Shipstation would be 24H ( the day before ) the selected delivery date of the customer via Woocommerce shop
Key Requirements:
- Automation Bridge: I need a custom automation or bridge that can seamlessly link the 'Ship by date' of an order with the delivery date the customer has chosen. This is crucial for managing my shipping operations efficiently.
