Automatically upload email attachment

I am looking for someone to help me automatically upload an email attachment as a CSV file from my Gmail account.
The CSV file (received as an attachment) needs to be uploaded to an existing FTP server.
My goal is to streamline the process so I will no longer have to manually upload the CSV data each time I receive it.
I am NOT interested in solution which require monthly subscriptions of any sort. A smaller one-time purchase can be discussed.
