Automatically update products price +20% and stock between Shopify and another website with a cron job

I need someone with experience to create a script that will update automatically the stock and pricing for all the products between 2 websites and add an extra percentage I will add in the settings file, for example price plus 20% in top. One website is my website that is a shopify platform and I have full access to it and the second website is an online shop where I have browser access only. This should run automatically via a cron job on the server or something similar. I know how to do it but I don't have time to do it so I need someone who can help.
