Automatically creation of shipping labels

I make table-based shipping labels in excel which I then print. Each label has 10-20 text fields that need to change and we make many labels at a time. Need to automate this so that when I enter the 10 text fields, it automatically makes all the labels required. it should be simple so that a 14 year can operate and reduce clerical/data entry errors.
