Automatically authenticate on a website and execute actions on that website using XPath

I have a website using PHP and MySQL database. I need someone to create something (I think using XPath) so that my if statement in PHP executes the XPath. The XPath needs to visit a website and login to it, and then execute some actions when logged in to add user to the service.
