Automatic import products from external database with cronjob

I use woocommerce for a eshop with books and needed automatic import of products every 3 hours from external database. This can be with a cronjob.
I attach the instructions (i have use google translate to translate it because was in greek). Please be sure if you can do it first! Thanks.
