Automatic cPanel account creation

I have a small project that involves generating cPanel accounts based on payment confirmation from Stripe. You need to be familiar with development using Stripe API(s), and need to be familiar with cPanel, and automatic account creation in the cPanel environment. The code should ideally be created in php, and then integrated into an existing html/css based website. The project also involves using product pages and creating products in the Stripe environment as well, since product pages for the existing hosting account options on the website needs to be created first, and then when the user presses a button on the html page, they will be taken to the Stripe product page, and make a payment. Once the confirmation of this payment comes from Stripe, this will run a php script on the server to create the purchased cPanel account based on the existing packages already defined on the server. There are about 4-5 products that will require automatic actions (typically, cPanel account creation), and a few that will require sending automated emails upon payment confirmation. There is an English, and a Turkish version of the website, so the same action(s) are duplicated on both. Just don't have time to deal with this project myself currently, and looking for help from a freelancer who can complete this in a timely fashion. Developers who speak both Turkish and English are preferred.
