Automatic Twitter Scraper

I need someone to create a bot that can scrape Twitter and list the posts from users who need freelancers for certain skills. I will give you a set of keywords that you may use, you can also add any other keywords as long as we achieve a quality list.

P.S If possible, please try to remove bad leads like self-advertisement posts, bots, or rants.
