Automatic File Playback Site Development

I'm looking to create a single-page site on Google Sites that allows users to play various types of GTP files (GTP4, GTP3, GTPX, GTP5). The site will have controls for play, pause, speed adjustment, loop, zoom, and print.

Requirements:
- HTML integration within Google Sites
- Admin-only file uploads from Google Drive
- User interface with all controls visible on a single page

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Google Sites
- Proficiency in HTML and web development
- Familiarity with audio/video playback controls
