Automated Website Account Registration and Form Submission Bot
Budget: $50 – $250 SGD
(A) We help each of our clients fill an online website online forms using same data from their ZOHO Books Sales order Fields as well as google sheets fields. This includes files and text fields to be uploaded on their behalf
(B) For new users we also help them create a user account first from same data sources and require the user to activate the account from their email (sent by the website) before we can proceed with data submission (A) on their behalf.
We like to create automation or workflow script which is activated via a
1. ZOHO Books Button - "Submit Declaration on Website" on Sales order
2. On button the script will check if they have existing User ID and Password fields in the system , and if not confirm with user (YES OR NO) to proceed with automated user account creation for activation first
3. If YES , system will use prefixed rules and existing fields to go to the website and fill up fields automatically to create user account (which will require user email link activation)
4. An email (ZOHO Workflow) will inform client to activate their user account for us to continue
5. If button had been activated and user account created , system will try to check if able to login or error logging in (ie not activated by user) with prefixed credentials setup
6. If succeed to login - app will continue to submit text and files as per fields in ZOHO Sales order on the website (ie click to the correct section, fill up correct fields with corresponding fields/files in zoho sales order, submit on website and update status Declaration completed date on Sales order field
7. System will continue until completion, or alert via email to admin issues with declaration (ie unable to login, or errors when uploading files/completing submission) or submission is completed and under zoho sales order comments
Ideal Developer consideration (not mandatory)
1. Flexibility to adjust if site had small changes to fields or layout and still allow us to setup easily to allow automation without breaking due to minor site changes in fields/layout or design
2. Experience with LINE API to setup API automation messages to clients for our LINE OFFICIAL accounts instead of emails which can be integrated with a few key fields from ZOHO sales order based on situation (ie completed online submssion, or pending activation link click in their email)
in layman term, we would like a robot to help us scan website, and submit forms on our behalf to the site (including creating user accounts for our clients) which we are manually doing repetitively
