Automated Text Search Tool for webpage

I am looking for a person who can create a program /Macro to search the text in the webpage result.
We will give the start number, it should automatically enter the number in the webpage, and it will search the particular string in the result displayed. If found it should be captured in the Excel sheet
It should increase by 1 the input number automatically and search. if input no not available the webpage will pop up and show as application number not available. It should capture the previous no and record it in excel. But it should increase and search if continuously 3 pop comes then it should pick the next input no and search the text.

Input numbers will be in an Excel sheet
