Automated Standard Form Collection & Storage
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a system that can send a standard template to users, collect the submitted forms, and store the received data. The specifics are as follows:
- User Interaction: The system should be able to send out a standard template to users for completion.
- Form Collection: I need a mechanism that will receive the filled forms from the users.
- Acknowledgement: I should see in my screen, if the users submitted so that i can track and followup
- Storage: The system should securely store the received information.
The project requires someone with good knowledge of web form handling, data storage, and secure data management. A background in automation tools could be beneficial. Note that the specifics of the form, method of sending, and data to be collected are not defined yet and will need to be discussed further.
