Automated Sales System For Outdoor Lighting
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD
I want a complete automated sales system for my permanent outdoor lighting business. This is what I need the software to do in order:
1) Customer gives name, phone number, email, address and a selected option of where they want the lights to be put on the house (e.g. front, sides, backyard)
2) I want the system to automatically measure the roof lines that the customer wants to put the lights on the house.
3) Automatically calculate the linear feet on the house and multiply by the cost per foot to get the price
4) Automatically draw the lights on the house - giving the customers a visual model of what the lights would look like
5) Put all the info (price, design mock-up, etc) into a pre made quote.
6) Send it off to customer with an automated email.
7) Have automated follow up emails.
8) Once they approve the quote and put down a deposit via payment link on the quote, I want a job order form sent to me (the supplier).
I want this process to be instant so that the customer can receive a quote in seconds.
