Automated SMS System for Cookie Production

I'm looking for a professional who can help me retrive the info from a the attached excel file and send automated SMS messages to employees at the end of each working day.
Current Situation:
Currently, we record the number of cookies produced on our bakery production line using an Excel sheet. Our employees use counters to track single and double cookies made. Single cookies are tracked with a regular counter press, while double cookies are tracked with a separate counter press.
Your task will be to take the information from the attached Excel file and send a text message to each employee at the end of the day, detailing how many single clicks and how many double clicks they made per cycle.
Key Requirements:
- Use of an existing SMS gateway (we are currently using Twilio)
- SMS content to be in plain text
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Twilio
- SMS gateway integration experience
- Python or similar programming language
- Previous experience in setting up automated SMS systems
