We are looking for an experienced developer to build a review aggregation and response system that allows businesses to manage reviews across multiple platforms from a single dashboard.

- Pull in reviews from major review platforms, including:
- Trustpilot, BBB, Yelp, ResellerRatings, Sitejabber
- Facebook Reviews, Reddit, Houzz, Pinterest
- GoodBed, Wirecutter, Apartment Therapy
- Display all aggregated reviews in a centralized dashboard on our platform.
- Organize reviews by platform, rating, date, and other filters.
2. Automated Review Posting
- When a customer posts a review on our platform, it should be automatically posted on all selected review sites (where APIs allow).
- Ensure compliance with different platform policies.
3. Centralized Review Response Management
- Allow businesses to respond to reviews directly from our platform.
- The responses should sync back to all review sites.
- Implement OpenAI & Gemini AI integration to suggest responses based on previous client interactions.
- Automatically respond to general or positive reviews.
- Flag negative or sensitive reviews for manual client attention.
4. User-Friendly Dashboard
- Similar to Yext, where businesses can manage reputation across platforms.
- User authentication and role-based access.
- Dashboard should show insights such as:
- Review trends
- Average ratings per platform
- AI-generated response effectiveness
5. API & Integration Considerations
- Ensure compatibility with API-based review platforms.
- Use scraping techniques (where legal & feasible) for non-API platforms.
Ideal Candidate:
- Full-stack developer with experience in APIs, web scraping, and automation.
- Experience with review management platforms, AI chatbots, OpenAI/Gemini APIs.
- Familiarity with Yext-like reputation management systems is a plus.
