I am looking for a skilled professional to automate and streamline our rental process which involves less than 10 steps. The primary goal of this is to significantly reduce manual paperwork.
Key areas that need to be addressed:
- Rental Agreement Preparation: This involves the creation and processing of rental agreements in a digital format. The ideal solution would provide templates that can be customized, automatically fill in relevant details, and enable e-signatures.
- Rental Payment Processing: The automation of this process would involve setting up a system where payments can be made and tracked digitally. This should integrate with our accounting software.
- Key Handover Process: The key handover is a critical step in the rental process. We're looking to automate it as much as possible, perhaps by utilizing a smart lock or secure digital key distribution system.
