Project Description
I am looking for an experienced developer to automate my workflow for verifying property data and generating comprehensive reports. The project involves integrating with various websites and utilizing AI for data analysis.
Scope of Work
Automation of Login and Data Verification:
Automate the process of logging in and verifying data on the following websites:
Land and Mortgage Registers
Grobonet
MyHeritage
CEIDG
Notarial Registers
IMSIG
CRBR
Debt Portals (dlugi.info, lista-dlugow.pl, vindicat.pl, gielda-dlugow.net)
Implement scripts for searching data on Google and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, GoldenLine).
Data Analysis and Report Generation:
Send raw data to ChatGPT 3.5 Turbo or Claude 3.5 for analysis.
Analyze the data and assign scores on a scale of 300 points for each section.
Generate reports in Google Docs format and save them in dedicated folders on Google Drive.
Integration with Make.com and Google Sheets:
Configure workflow automation in Make.com.
Integrate with Google Sheets for data retrieval and submission.
Periodic Record Checks:
Automate the monthly re-verification of records.
Update data and scores in Google Sheets.
Implement color-coding in Google Sheets based on score changes.
User Interface:
Develop a web application for viewing and managing verification results.
Provide an interface for manually reviewing and updating records.
Additional Features:
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide documentation and training for using the system.
Project Requirements
Platform: The solution should be web-based, accessible via a browser.
Storage: Data can be stored on my cloud server.
Operating System: Primarily Windows, but web-based access should be cross-platform.
Performance: The system should handle verifying 200 records per hour.
Output: Reports saved in Google Drive, organized by property record number.
