Automated Patient Scheduling Call System

I need an automated call system to streamline and fast-track patient appointment scheduling. The system should integrate with my Google Doc call sheet for daily synchronization.

Basically: I need a program(s) that when I put a phone number and a date to call them, The program will automate a call ( that I have pre -recored) to the patient and give them an option to select 1 - to schedule another appointment (which will connect the call to my office phone) or 9 - to be taken off the call sheet.
I also want it to have the option that if they hang up or do not answer that the google sheet will automatically update to reflect this and then automatically move the call date to 5 days in the future and continue this prosess until the paitient picks up. I want the automation to stop if a patient has pressed 1 or 9 . I also want the dates of each call to be updated in a call log on the same sheet.
