Automated Kleinanzeigen Web Crawler & Bot

I'm in need of an experienced developer who can create an AI bot for the Kleinanzeigen chat platform. The Kleinanzeigen platform is a search platform for used stuff by privat people. Every User can make own posts. The bot should have the ability to initiate requests targeting specific groups. I have already search profiles created at the platform. In this search profiles at the Kleinanzeigen platform, we have listed the target group based on title keywords.
What shall can do the Chatbot:
- Working between an Excel file and the platform.
- The bot is checking automatic the User ID at the platform. Copying the User-ID from platform Kleinanzeigen to Excel and checking is it a new User, which we already contacted, yes or not.
- The bot shall ad every User from the target group into the Excel file.
- The Bot shall start a conversation via one standard template at the platform and add the User name into the template.
- The Bot is adding the new User in the excel file as a new User with criteria like which keyword profile is used and last contact (request).

the bot shall start requests all 2-4 minutes in a specific daily hours.
