Automated Job Application System in Arabic

I am in need of a technically proficient individual who can develop an identical version of my existing website (https://www.loopcv.pro/autoapply/) in Arabic.
The purpose of my site is to offer services that automate the job application process for users across different job platforms. I need this capability to extend to Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor specifically.
An ideal candidate for this job will:
- Be an expert in web development and design, preferably with experience in creating dynamic and user-friendly sites in multiple languages.
- Have a strong command of Arabic, both written and verbal, to effectively translate the site.
- Be knowledgeable in API integrations to automate interactions with Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor's platforms.
This role will involve re-creating the same functionalities of my current site, only in Arabic. Briefly, the website allows users to automatically apply to all the job listings across selected platforms, saving them time and increasing their chances of landing a job.
