Automated Invoice Processing Control Panel
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a skilled PHP/MySQL/Javascript developer to create a control panel that will streamline the invoice processing and bank statement processing for our business. The main features I require are:
- **User Login**: The system must have a secure login mechanism to allow registered users to access the panel.
- **Image Upload**: Users should be able to upload images of invoices. Some invoices or bank statements are multiple pages.
- **API Integration**: Our system is connected with an OCR API endpoint. Once an image is uploaded, PHP should communicate with this endpoint, process the image, and return the extracted text. Endpoint of this API will be provided along with it's documentation.
- **User Level Management**: The system should allow user roles and permissions to be set and managed.
- **Web-based Spreadsheet**: The control panel should contain a spreadsheet to process the OCR results. The spreadsheet should have the following functionalities:
- **Manual Data Entry**: Users need to be able to manually correct the OCR API response data wherever necessary.
- **Automated Data Processing**: Result from OCR API consists of location of texts and the text value. We should automatically detect values that must go into our spreadsheet and discard header/footer (header and footer will be different each time)
- **Export to Excel**: The final processed data should be exportable to Excel for further use.
The ideal candidate should have experience in PHP, MySQL, API integration, and Javascript development.
