Key Requirements:
- Develop a process that automatically blocks a video delay upon betting on a table.
- The process must also allow for the manual unblocking of the delay by clicking a 'continue' button.
- The block action should have a 100% success rate, while the unblock action should be successful 20% of the time.

- Set up the development environment and necessary tools.

Scraping information and Implement Cancel Functionality ( 25 days)
- Create the basic structure of the application, including user interface components and streaming data integration.
- Develop and integrate function to get relevant information from the streaming
- Develop and integrate the cancel function into the application.
- Implement automatic activation based on predefined conditions.
- Provide a manual termination option for user intervention.
- The implementation of the above functionality confirms the final following.
