Automate user addition to 2 external system

PROJECT BRIEF
we use a proprietary software called ConMusic to manage our customers.
This system is used only from Office guys.

Then we has two separate web systems:
1-wordpress membership
2-agifat site (a php script)

all main formations related to these systems and how they work is attach into pdf document

WHAT WE NEED

When we add a new customer into ConMusic, theautomatin must be avble to create a new user into each of 2 subsystems , and populate them using the data pulled from ConMusic

we already create a php script to get all necessary data from ConMusic
(we'll give to coder after award project)
