Automate Recurring Weekly Payment Management
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Hi, I'm making a site for a mental health charity. Customers select a therapist and select a date and time, and they then book an appointment. With lots of plugins, there is a recurring booking option. But with all of them, there are only three options when recurring appointments are enabled. To pay for first session, to pay for all sessions altogether, or to disable payment and pay on site.
I need recurring payments to be set up in whichever way, to match the number of recurring appointments that were made. These will always be weekly - anywhere from 2-52 weeks
Presumably there are only two ways to do this by invoicing or directly debiting the amount from the customer.
If recurring payments are done via invoicing and the customer has to pay each time then they must do so at least 48 hours before every week's appointment else the session is cancelled
Can this be done with zapier?
I have ameliawp but can switch to bookly if necessary for zapier automation.
