Automate Email Extraction to Google Sheets with Snov.io

I'm looking for someone experienced with APIs and Google Sheets to automate the extraction of emails using the Snov.io API.

Requirements:
- Use Snov.io API or a better alternative
- Apply custom rules I will provide
- Ensure at least one email is returned if it exists in the database
- Output extracted emails to Google Sheets
