Automate Daily Tasks with PMS
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking an expert to automate my daily tasks with our Property Management Software. This will involve creating PDFs and emailing applications to landlords automatically.
1) Automate Applications:
Now whenever somebody applies foe a property, it comes in separate pieces: 2 different PDFs, other pdfs (such in a case of a bank statement upload) and a few photos - uploads of ID and other supporting documents. Until now what we do is wait for everything to arrive, then combine them to One long pdf and then send it to the right landlord for reviewing and approving via mail. So the first step is to automate this process and have the Right landlord received the Completed application once received.
2) Automate payrolls:
Need to generate paychecks to agents. Every time a unit is closed (rented), a commission is being added to the agent's paycheck and then generate an automatic paystub (can be excel) and emailed directly to the agent. A report with the totals should be sent each period to accounting.
3) After these 2 completed we have a few more tasks such as these.
