Automate Custom Field and Metadata Integration in WooCommerce Orders

I'm in the process of developing a WooCommerce site, and I need a freelancer to help me integrate custom fields into my WooCommerce orders. This integration should automatically add metadata fields into the orders.
The project involves interfacing with both Obibox, our fulfillment company, and the YITH e-commerce plugins suite we are using. The YITH suite automatically adds meta data slots into the order details but we mainly use it for Customize My Account Page and other diffrent addons of the e-commerce.
I tryed to do this integration with the plugin WooCommerce Order Custom FIelds, but the custom fields are not visible and editable in the API and in the metadata.

Key Requirements:
- Create a system that adds "tracking_number" and "tracking_url" metadata fields when a order is created and passed. These fields will need to be populated with information pushed from Obibox.
- Ensure these fields are formatted correctly, with 'tracking_number' as text and 'tracking_url' as a URL.
- Make the tracking information accessible in the Complete Order email and the My Account Page Order page/details that is using YITH Customize My Account Page.
Ideal skills for this job include:
- Extensive experience with WooCommerce and WordPress
- Knowledge of API integration, particularly with Obibox and YITH plugins
- Ability to work with metadata fields in WooCommerce orders
- Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript
