Auto send content of the Windows folder by email

I need some solution(probably script) to automatically check the content of the folder on the Windows 2019 server and as soon as new files are detected there, email them using an office 365 account to 3-4 recipients. This part should work fully automatically.

Another option should be to just email the whole content of the folder by running the script manually.
