Auto replier bot that sends messages and price offers to users on platform vestiairecollective.com

Hello! We are a company that specializes in the sale of vintage items online on platform vestiairecollective.com that is available via web or an app on Android or Apple.
The platform has a system where users can like your products just like on any other social network. After the like is received there is an option for the seller (us) to send a message to the user in order to facilitate the sale and also to send a price offer. Now we are doing it manually but in order to save some time we want to consider using a bot who will:
1) Send a message to the user who liked the item
2) Send him a price offer with a discount from the original price
