Auto copy part of every new discord message from direct messages to my clipboard

Hi guys,
I am getting new messages in a direct message channel with one specific account.
Those messages are formatted in a certain way (see screenshot).
What I need is the address including city copied to my clipboard automatically even if I do not have this specific discord channel open.
The address would be like: "6024 WOODSIDE AVE, Kansas"
Obviously I need the option to turn this script/bot on and off, because not at every time of the day I would want my clipboard spammed with addresses.
