Auto Email System Setup

Please Read carefully because the title doesn't exactly represent what we need to be done but its an easy job:

We receive a zip file with a few pdf files

We need to sent each pdf to the relevant email address

Each PDF has a name that we will match with the relevant email address . name stays the same each time so separation is easy

We need to be able to see on our sent emails what emails were sent or if you will create some admin panel we can also see on the admin panel...

You can use any email client you want!

We can unzip the files first if that is easier for you to code and then enter them
