Auto-Accept Freelance Gigs Tool

I am a translator and one my biggest clients posts jobs on a secure website that go to the first person who accepts the job.

I need a program/script to automatically log into the website and accept any new jobs that came in. This should either be done once per minute or whenever an email with a certain body text arrives.

Open to hosting the script on my computer (Mac or Windows) or a web server.
