Specifically, I need to upgrade the system so that the credit card expiration year options dynamically update to include future years, but also allows me to manually add specific future years when necessary.
**Key Requirements:**
- Implement a system where the credit card year options at checkout dynamically update to always include the current year plus a set number of future years.
