Australian Grocery Price Comparison Website

I'm in need of a sophisticated price comparison website that focuses on grocery items in Australia.
The main features of this site should revolve around the ability to compare the prices of groceries from the two major retailers in Australia - Woolworths and Coles. The site should also be able to perform the price comparison in a user-friendly manner, allowing users to easily compare items across these stores.
The goal of this software is to allow users to add their weekly shopping into the cart within my website. Once all the items are added, it will then show which grocery is cheapest to shop at that week.
Breakdown of the tasks:
1. Setup a scraper that pulls all the items and price from the websites:

2. Combine the data so the items are connected between coles and woolworths. For example assign both Coles bananas and Woolworths bananas the same code so we can compare the price in future.
3. Allow for customers to search on our website for all the items and show the prices at both store.
4. Allow them to build a cart and then check the total price in Woolworths and Coles so they can decide where to shop this week
Key things to note:
The data will need to be updated weekly as items go on promotion (discount) every week. Therefore a cheaper shop at Coles one week might be more expensive than Woolworths the next.
