Audio and video calling feature

Looking for a plug-in for my Business Networking website. The website is developed using Codeigniter framework and purchased from itechscripts. I need to add an audio/ video call feature. Calls can be one-to-one or one-to-many. Need these features to be made from scratch and integrated into my website.I don't want to use a 3rd party plugin for calling.
