Audio player with some of the options on the page .... -- 2

Hello, I would need something like this on my site ( https://yadi.sk/i/AcAnEHO_O5wlCg ) .... a table as in the picture where each of these rows in the table is a post (song) with a predefined category and tags and also a download option for certain user groups ....For the audio player, the most important thing for me is that direct links from google drive can be embedded and that the same player supports the playlist for the user to compile and that of course the download button is visible only to users to whom the admin assigns the option to download audio files.... thanks in advance to all on offer !!
