Auction Widget / Plugin for Wix Website -- 2

I am looking for someone to create an auction widget/plugin for my existing Wix website. The plugin should allow customers to bid on items that are being auctioned off. A customer should be required to register on my Wix website before being allowed to bid on an item. The plugin should allow me to create an item which will be auctioned. The customer can place a bid on the item. Once the end-date has been reached, an email will be sent to the winning bidder. The backend of the plugin should allow me to set my own bid-increment rules, minimum price, auction time length, create products, add or remove bids, etc. The plugin should be easy to install on the Wix platform, similar to the way in which currently available plugins are installed. A payment gateway is not necessary, since I use PayPal for customer purchases and sales.

I want my plugin to be similar to this one, and to look the same as well. This other company has not released their plugin yet, so this is why I need somebody to create a plugin from scratch for me.
