Auction Website Enhancement

I'm looking for a skilled developer to enhance my auction website with the following features:
- PDF Upload: Only bidders should have the ability to upload PDFs. This function needs to be integrated seamlessly into the current bidding process.
- Email Notifications: Implementing specific email notifications for users and bidders. This includes notifications when a bid is placed and reminders when the auction is ending soon.
- User Contact Data: Sending both email address and phone number of users to bidders. This should be done in a secure and privacy-compliant manner.
Ideal skills for this job include web development, email integration, and understanding of user role permissions. Experience with auction websites will be a big plus. Please ensure to provide relevant examples of your work.
