Objectives:
The objective of the project is to develop B2B platform for Atla Trade FZCO, Dubai. In which the customers can place order of the product and get the product directly from the Manufacturers and
Suppliers.
Scope Of Work:
The scope of this engagement is to develop B2B platform. This platform consists of three modules
• Customer Module
• Platform Module (Admin)
• Supplier Module
Customer Module
The Customer will register themself once they receive an invite from the platform. And whenever there is a need for a product customer will directly log in to the platform. Once the customer finds the product, they will raise a quotation request along with the quantity and timeline. Once the customer receives the quotes from the platform they will check and approve the same to procced further. After the process of platform, the customer will receive their product.
Platform Module (Admin)
This platform will act as a bridge between the customers and suppliers. The platform invites the customer and with the invitation link only the customer can register themself. Once the platform received the quotation order from the customers it will approach the suppliers of the exact product and ask for the quotation. The suppliers will prepare the quotation and send the same in the platform. Once the platform will receive the quotation, they will analyze the costs and figure out the lowest one. And now the platform will send the final quotation (quotation with customer cost and platform transaction fee) to the customer. Once the customer approves the same, the platform will instruct the manufacturer / supplier to send the same to the customer.
Suppliers:
The role of suppliers is once they receive the quotation request from the platform side the suppliers will prepare the quotation as per requirement in the platform provided page and share the same and once, they got the purchase order from the portal the suppliers will send the product within timeline and hand over the product to the shipping provider to deliver the product to customer.
