Astrology Website Overhaul & PWA Development

I'm seeking a proficient developer to enhance my astrology website with several new features. This project includes implementing daily horoscope updates, overhauling the consultation system, and creating a plethora of UI/UX improvements. Additionally, I need help transforming the site into a Progressive Web App (PWA), deploying it, and submitting an app version to Google Play.

Specific tasks involve:
- changes in existing consultation system's
- Integrating a ringtone system for consultations request accept and received
- Removing the current consultation limit set in existing website
- Add online pooja booking feature as additional feature
- Implementing a complete theme/template change of existing website
- Allowing admin control to change landing page designs from a selection of 9-10 landing page designs
- on demand progressive web app generation with notification system and website diploy and google play submission if required in affordable rates.
