Asterix / Issabel - VOIP platform bug fix (index.php)

We made some configuration changes to our PBX platform which is built on Asterix by using Issabel. The server is hosted here:

We are able to log in, however when we select the menu we are receiving the message: "index.php?menu=pbxadmin" might be temporarily down.
We are thinking we may have made changes to the index file by mistake, however we are unable to locate the source of the problem.
I have attached soem screen grabs.
I require someone to access the server and locate the files(s) that require fixing.
We will need to add your IP address to the firewall and create a user.
