Assistast back end Developer for LMS Online Education Platform in php. -- 3

Our organization own an online web platform written in php. The structure is complicated and has many modules. We need one experienced in php / codeigniter developer (expert) with many years experience as a new member of the team to work on fixes and new modules by deadlines. Every time we start a new fix/module we set a timetable estimation but the project is hourly paid because every day we test and change our plans and directions if this is mandatory for the project.
