Assistance with JCurve (Netsuite) Scripting

Hello, We currently have a script on our JCurve account that automatically sends a dispatch notification when an order is shipped. We are having some issues with the email not coming through correctly and need it updated. Looking for someone with experience working with JCurve and also able to work with what has been set up by our previous developer. Thanks!
