Assign candidate details at checkout

I am looking for the assistance of a skilled freelancer to help integrate an automated process for assigning candidate details at checkout. The main requirement for the project is for applicants to submit detailed project proposals. The project will entail collecting the name, email address and phone number of the candidate upon checkout. This is required for each item in the basket and the information needs to save in the order meta data per each item. A multi select of courses which you can then add candidates details and it applies the same details to all courses selected would be ideal.
