I require a custom inventory platform to efficiently manage company assets. I need it as a platform where companies and individuals can have their customised portals to manage their assets at a cost, with the first 10 assets being free for one month. When selected, I will allow the freelancer to use about a week to prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals for my work as per my description detailed in this job posting. Designed with a user-friendly interface, the right freelancer will assist in creating a tool that will cater to the following needs:
Main Features:
1. User Authentication and Registration
2. Asset Registration: Ability for companies to manually register assets with details such as name, description, year of manufacture, life expectancy, model, brand, color etc.
3. AI-Driven Disposable Period Proposal: Integration of AI algorithms to propose a disposable period for each asset based on its year of manufacture and life expectancy.
4. Asset Tracking: Real-time tracking of asset locations, possibly through GPS integration.
5. Asset Assignment and Notifications: Capability to assign assets to individuals (staff or outsiders) with automated email notifications for assignment and return dates (-Three days before the return date; and On the day of submission).
6. Subscription Management:
-Integration of a payment system for managing subscription plans.
-Different subscription tiers for companies based on features and usage.
-Automated billing for subscription renewals.
